Co-founded the company (as PursueIT AS, renamed IT.no in 2023; ~18 people, Oslo).
Responsible for technology across the board: product development, platform
architecture, security and the engineering side of service delivery.
- Designed and built UnitOS — a multi-site management platform for
Ubiquiti infrastructure: device fleets, camera surveillance with AI scene analysis
and plate recognition, door access and alerting.
- Built the in-house product suite behind the MSP offering: CRM with Outlook
integration, customer portal, KPI analytics, digital identity verification and
data-collection services.
- Runs a modern, lean stack: Python/FastAPI, React/TypeScript, MongoDB,
Azure DevOps CI/CD — plus the Microsoft 365 and networking estate an
MSP lives and breathes.

Three years, three hats — from consultant to head of operations:
- Lead Project Manager (Feb–Sep 2020) — designed new IT environments
for customers and led the migration of legacy data onto new solutions and infrastructure.
- Head of Operations (Jan 2018 – Mar 2020) — responsible for stable, secure
operation of complete IT environments for all customers — around 7,800 users.
- Operations Consultant (2017) — VMware-based infrastructure with focus on
disaster-recovery solutions and remote management & monitoring.
